Avi has successfully built, led, developed, engaged and motivated teams whilst maintaining focus on a clear strategy and tactical delivery through a leadership style that is clear, values-driven and empowering.
Christopher has over 8 years of experience, starting out as a blue-chip consultant before moving into industry to drive business planning, forecasting and strategy in various roles. He now works with a range of biopharmaceutical and medical companies, specialising in portfolio optimisation, business planning and forecast modelling.
Christopher holds a BSc in Biology from Bristol University and a MSc in Molecular Medicine from Imperial College. He is an ACA qualified Chartered Accountant and a passionate investor.
Anne provides strategic support, challenge and insight to organisations, specialising in assisting Pharma companies in the launch and growth of brands within a challenging NHS environment. Anne has worked for several major pharmaceutical companies and has held board level positions within both Roche and Takeda. As Business Unit Director for both companies, she has extensive experience launching and growing brands across both Primary Care and Specialist therapy areas.
Anne is a NED of the Patient Information Forum. PIF is committed to improving the healthcare experience of patients by supporting the provision of high quality, clearly communicated, evidence-based healthcare information. Anne holds a BSc( Hons) in Zoology /Biochemistry from Hull University.

We engaged Avi to support our global brand planning process for our two rare disease products. Avi provided a comprehensive and structured process as well providing an engaging plan for the delivery of the virtual workshops (due to the pandemic) with all of the stakeholders in the EU, US and Emerging Markets. We also had a gap in our brand plan templates and Avi worked closely with us to evolve the Global cross-functional and country brand plan templates. We needed to develop the process and templates, run the workshops within a short three-month time period – Avi’s exceptional project planning and diligence ensured that we were able to deliver a quality brand planning process within this timeframe. We surveyed all of the countries who participated, and the feedback was very positive regarding the structure, format and the implementation of the workshops, including using the Miro Board functionality to increase interactivity.
